What To Anticipate
All of our box-fitness sessions are outdoors. We provide boxing gloves & fitness equipment - participants may bring their own pair of gloves if they like.
We require 180" inch hand wraps, we sell them in person for $10.
Sessions are beginner friendly, with modifications for most body-types. We are community centered so our focus is on encouragement rather than perfection.

Our surveyed boxing participants said taking sessions regularly significantly reduced their symptoms of depression and anxiety. Our boxing sessions are designed to involve partner work while learning in a safe group enviornment. These setting help our members continue to come back week after week which helps improve their mental health.

Sound Baths Resume in 2025!
What to Anticipate
Our sound baths are held outdoors. We require participants bring their yoga mat, blanket, and a willingness to let go of fear in order to relax into their bodies.
After our session we have a community potluck & mingling session. Participants are asked to bring snacks or food to share while they connect with other participants. Everyone is warm, friendly, and there for genuine interactions. This is a healing space to release stuck energy.
